Abberley Hall Summer School Multi-Activity Programme

Students at Abberley Hall Summer School enjoy a full programme of fun and exciting activities on four afternoons each week, using the fantastic facilities the school has to offer. The Multi-Activity Programme enables children to develop their new friendships and practise their English communication skills.

The location and layout of Abberley Hall lends itself to high-energy, high-activity based learning. We ensure that there is a great balance of sporting, creative and artistic summer school activities for the children to enjoy, including:

Additionally, one afternoon each week is dedicated to a whole school fun activity, such as our English Fete Day. This is a traditional British afternoon of bouncy castles, candy floss and carnival games. Each week children work on a group project too, such as a short play for the Talent Show, to put their English into practice.

The evening programme gives the whole school the opportunity to get to know one another in a relaxed, multinational environment, whilst taking part in varied and exciting activities. The Abberley Hall Summer School staff are there to ensure that the children have a fantastic time every evening, with activities such as:

Many of the evening activities involve the whole school taking part in an activity together such as a treasure hunt, pool party, disco or talent night, whilst on other evenings all the girls may have a pyjama party, while the boys have a camping night in the grounds of the school. Once evening activities are over, the students return to their houses with their House Parent and have some drinks and biscuits before lights out.

All activities are supervised by our well-trained staff with the welfare of the children as our main priority.
